A place to discuss baby announcements
Friends and family cannot wait to receive their birth announcements following the birth of a baby. Certainly, even those fortunate enough to be present at the actual birth look forward to a formal birth announcement to memorialize the event just as much as far away friends and family do. First, there is the tough, yet fun, part: selecting just the right announcement. Before the advent of the Internet, parents did not have much of a selection among the various birth announcement designs. The only baby announcements available came in prepackaged sets that varied pretty much only with the gender of the baby.
