Next, fasten the steel columns to the anchor bolts and lift the overhead building rafters to the top of the columns and bolt them into place. Your metal buildings kit is now beginning to shape. Fasten the roof purlins to the rafters and the wall girts to the vertical steel columns to support the metal sheeting that will be used for the roof and walls. Window and door framing is now complete, and you can add the cable bracing to walls and roof. When this stage of the construction process is finished, you lay the metal sheeting into position as the outer walls and roof and attach insulation to the inside of the sheeting before laying the inner walls on top.
