My rants about mobile workforce
A mobile workforce needs to make sure that its freedom is not taken advantage of by an increase in work hours that will eat away its family time. Emerging countries are also adapting the concept of mobile workforce in spite of their minimal figures as of now. Nowhere better is this example applicable than in India where the telecom industry has seen tremendous growth in the last few years due to the mobile workforce. The government of India is also in the process of auctioning of the 3G technology and releasing a wireless spectrum for it. There are quite a few challenges facing the mobile workforce.
