Prefabricated metal buildings, a primer

Steel sheds are remarkably easy to assemble. Steel sheds kits come with all the parts you need and a manual with step by step instructions for putting your building together in a matter of days. Actually, the most time consuming part of the steel sheds assembly process is laying the foundation! After receiving your steel sheds kits, lay out all the materials in their order of assembly and check them against the shipping invoice to confirm that nothing is missing. You can then begin laying the concrete foundation, but be sure that the spot you have chosen for your steel shed is graded and level! Your foundation can be either a full concrete slab or square concrete pads placed at each of the building corners; each will do an adequate job of supporting your steel shed. Next, erect your shed's steel support columns into the anchor bolts that have been embedded into the concrete pads or foundation and attach the rafters to the columns.
